Storage tanks

The Oilon and Lämpöässä heat pump range is now supplemented with an extremely versatile and comprehensive selection of storage tanks. Our competitively-priced high-quality storage tanks come in a wide range of different tank and coil sizes for different needs and connection configurations. Most of our storage tanks feature removable insulation either as standard or available as an option, making them easier to handle and install in cramped spaces.

The required tank volume depends on the building and its water system configuration. Intended as external tanks for Oilon and Lämpöässä heat pumps, these storage tanks have lots of ports for connecting additional heat sources for supplementary heating.

Our storage tank selection includes:

 

Pre-heat tanks, 200–300 liters

  • Can be delivered with a range of different coils or without a coil preinstalled.
  • Maximum allowable working temperature: 99 °C; pressure: 6 bar.

 

Hot water storage tanks with baffle, 600–1,500 liters

  • Can be delivered with a range of different coils or without a coil preinstalled.
  • Detachable outer insulation as standard.
  • Maximum allowable working temperature: 99 °C; pressure: 6 bar.

 

Rectangular hot water storage tank, 500 liters

  • Two domestic hot water coils as standard.
  • The hybrid storage tank version has an additional coil for solar collectors.
  • Maximum allowable working temperature: 100 °C; pressure: 3 bar.

 

Stainless steel domestic hot water tank, 300 liters

  • Supplied with an integrated supplementary immersion heater (1-stage, 3 kW).
  • Stainless steel tank and stainless steel heating coil.
  • Maximum allowable working temperature: 100 °C; pressure: 10 bar.

 

Buffer storage tanks, 100–1,500 liters

  • For use with a ground source heat pump especially in buildings with radiator heating (installed only if required).
  • Maximum allowable working temperature: 100 °C; pressure: 3 bar.

 

Square superheat tank, 450 liters

  • Maximum allowable working temperature: 100 °C; pressure: 3 bar.
  • Energy-efficient polyurethane insulation, 100 mm
  • Available with a 6-kW electric immersion heater as an option.

 

Superheat tank, 500–5,000 liters

  • Domestic hot water tank with two sections divided by a baffle.
  • The storage tank includes coils for heating domestic hot water (pressure: 10 bar), resulting in excellent water turnover and keeping the water in your circuit fresh.
  • Maximum allowable working temperature: 110 °C; pressure: 3 bar.
  • Comes with a 6–10 kW electric immersion heater as standard and a number of ports for additional heaters (the exact number depends on the tank size).
  • Energy-efficient polyurethane insulation, 100 mm
  • Designed especially for our range of superheat-enabled heat pumps.
  • A flexible solution that is easy to adapt with versatile accessory options for different applications. Clear pricing for customization: fixed prices for different coil, immersion heater, port, and storage tank sizes.
  • Both the standard and the optional immersion heaters are delivered with the necessary control and safety devices.
  • The lower section in the storage tank can be equipped with a third domestic hot water coil or a stainless steel coil for heating a swimming pool.

 

Accumulator tank, 500–5,000 liters

  • A traditional heating water storage tank with domestic hot water coils (pressure: 10 bar). The coils guarantee an excellent water turnover, keeping the water in your circuit fresh.
  • Maximum allowable working temperature: 110 °C; pressure: 3 bar.
  • Comes with a 6–10 kW electric immersion heater as standard and a number of ports for additional heaters (the exact number depends on the tank size).
  • Energy-efficient polyurethane insulation, 100 mm
  • Designed especially for our range of superheat-enabled heat pumps.
