Has your ground source heat pump been registered?
Do you have a brand-new heat pump from the Oilon range? Thank you for selecting a heat pump made in Scandinavia. Our high-quality products are covered by a comprehensive warranty.
Oilon grants a five (5) year warranty for all Oilon ground source heat pumps, provided that the unit has been installed and commissioned by a professional approved by the manufacturer. The warranty is valid only if the buyer has received induction in the use of the product during commissioning, and the unit has been appropriately registered. Only the professional responsible for installing and commissioning the unit may register the heat pump. Without registration, the warranty period is two (2) years. In either case, the warranty terms and conditions provided with the sale shall apply.
How to register a ground source heat pump
Each unit that requires registration comes with a label reminding you of registration. After registration, the label can be removed. The unit should be registered on-site immediately after commissioning. Either scan the QR code on the label or visit the website shown on the label. The registration form is easy to follow and includes instructions. Each location has its own registration details. To log in, enter the heat pump model (“Item” in the type plate) and the unit’s serial number.
Only a professional may register heat pumps. Each unit can be registered only once. After reviewing your registration, we will deliver a warranty certificate for the five-year warranty provided for our heat pumps, and the unit’s registration form will be closed for edits.
How to register when there are several heat pumps in the same plant room?
If you commission several heat pumps in the same plant room at the same time, you will need to register the entire system only once. Use the registration data for the heat pump with the lowest serial number.
