Sender of the email, will get confirmation mail from Xerox that the email sent is received. This however does not guarantee that received file is processed.

One invoice per email recommended

Invoices must be in PDF format

One PDF can contain only one invoice. Attachments must be in the same PDF with the invoice after the invoice pages, otherwise these cannot be handled. Maximum number of attachments per email is 10, if there are more – email is being rejected.

No encrypted or password protected PDF´s.

Scanning email address is not to be used for any other purpose than for sending invoices. No marketing or other material should be sent.

Received emails are handled automatically by Xerox without any human involvement, so if sender adds “instructions” on how the invoices should be handled, no one reads these.

Xerox fetches all e-mail batches once a day, usually in the morning.
