Oilon is discontinuing the Industrial Heat Pump Chief Business Officer and Burners Chief Business Officer management team positions. A centralized sales and marketing management, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), will be established in its place. Olli Tevä has been appointed to the newly established CCO position. He will start in the position immediately, August 27, 2025.
The goal of the organizational changes is to streamline and flatten organization and unify sales and marketing processes, as well as strengthen competitiveness. With these changes, we want to ensure that Oilon’s organization supports the company’s long-term strategy and remains competitive even in challenging conditions.
